guys i got the solution i think

i am having nokia 500 with belle refresh

just try it then tell me it work fine for me and walla tutorial opens up

step 1

open the nokia city lens app

step 2

as soon as app open press red button

step 3

it will get to the menu screen right ?? then it will show that app is still running by little circle on upper of the icon

step 4

open the app again

DONE

IF IT DOENST WORK TELL ME
