Hey I'm using Nokia E72. I just updated my phone earlier to v.91 and I can't open the application manager and the wlan is not working. What am I gonna do? :l

Same problem here. Application manager is working but contact search not. I am also very disappointed with new lock screen.

Welcome to Nokia discussions board!
You may re-activate the Contact search feature by typing a name fril the home screen and pressing on Options > Contact search on.
As for opening the application manager, I advise you to perform a soft reset: type *#7780# on your phone's keypad. The default lock code is 12345. If the issue persists, perform a hard reset. First of all, back up your data using Nokia Suite. Once your data is fully backed up, type *#7370# on the keypad.

Hello! I updated my E72 firmare last 17 May and thereafter CANNOT open the "Application Manager" EVEN AFTER performing the "soft" and "hard" resets as per your advice. Hey Guys,
I'm from Malaysia and have received the update for e72 firmware 091.003 just few days ago..so,i've downloaded the update via nokia suite. The problem was that the `APPLICATION MANAGER' can't be accessed & i've noticed that there was something wrong with the `CONTACT SEARCH'.. it seems that these two problems are quite similar to those who posted here...
I've called Nokia Care & they have recommended me to perform `soft & hard reset' on my E72. unfortunately, it still doesn't solve the problem above! Just a few moments ago, i re-installed the firmware update again via nokia suite but to my dismay, the problem still persist...
Please anyone here who have some idea on how to solve this problem & be kind enough to share some advice on the above?
