Nokia Lumia 710 can't be updated to 7.8

I can't update to 7.8 with my Nokia Lumia 710 if I connected to Zune and usb to laptop.
I also set the telephone to factory settings and reinstalled Zune, but still Windows Phone 7.5 and can't update to 7.8.
How can we fix this?

If you can not do it yourself you should go to nearest Nokia Care Point. Maybe your phone's product code does not support WP7.8.
