Can u please tell when the update for lumia will be available in Delhi, India. Network service provider is Airtel.

Did you check with Airtel whether they have approved the update ?

Yes, I did sent them an email but unfortunately there was no revert.

Is your phone locked with the Operator ( can you use any other SIM from other Operators..?) ..or Airtel is only the Service proider ?

You may contact your local Nokia care and check whether they can update the device ..
