danielc, I reponded to your post but Nokia just took it down. Censorship!! I thought this was all about 'discussions'. Apparently not. There is a way to do it but you'll have to research it on the net preferably through a site that is not affiliated with Nokia!

Bulky, we cant discuss options to change or remove product codes. However, the "option" we were discussing, cannot do either with the N8, so i dont know really what the problem is.
Maybe because it can be applied to other Nokia Models.
If Nokia cant provide updates via the Normal Channels, then they should provide an Alternative method, even if it means voiding warranty.,.

Nokia, are you going to do that? provide an alternative update for us?

Why isnt Canada on the list? (product code 059D391)

100 of questions, from ppl,but not one reply, from the nokia team...Are you still alive...

Can't understand this silence from Nokia team... let's hope it's because they're sooooo busy preparing the PR 2.0 update... ![]()

Finally updated N8 to to 1.1 (059d159). Touch vibrate still doesn't work, but since I prefer to turn it off anyway, no problem so far ![]()
I noticed that the wifi connection bug that prevented me from connecting one of my routers is now gone!
Hate to wait this long, but I guess it pays off.

As someone said before, the list is actually updated daily:
Remove the space, and correct the date, and you will have the daily list:
