there is no way that you can revert to an older version of firmware on a device. if your device is having problems, you can check via Nokia Suite if there are any firmware updates for your device, and update accordingly if there are any. if there aren't, you can try re-installing the current firmware thru Nokia Suite. if you are still having problems, then try Restoring your phone to factory settings.
Failing that, you will need to take your phone to your local Nokia Care for inspection: http://nokia.com/support
