Problem updating nokia asha 300

Hello goodday nokia pls i'm having trouble updating my nokia asha 300 sw to the new version. When i try to update from the phone it says no update available. When i try to update using the nokia suite it downloads and after a while it says service not available. Pls i very much wants this update how can i do it?
