Problem updating software on C7

Hi

I've installed the latest version of Nokia Suite. My C7 is currently running Anna. There are two updates for Anna and when I try installing it, I get the following message:

 

" The update was not completed

There was a problem with installing the app, because a required file is missing from your phone. Make sure that the installation file containes the entire app instead of updated components."

 

I even did a factoy reset and tried again but I keep getting the same messsage. Can someone pls help!

I am having the same problem.

Application i am trying to install is "Uusi yhteisöt", version 1.6.32.

My C7-00 is running phone software 111.040.1511 (belle, i guess)

My Nokia Suite is version 3.7.22
