Nokia Suite shows available Microsoft Apps for my N8. I have 72 Mb free space on C: but when trying to install the update it hangs up for a couple of minutes, a phone is restarting and the following message appears: The update was not completed. There was a problem with the software update service. Please restart Nokia Suite and try again. If the problem doesn't go away, uninstall Nokia Suite and download the latest version of the application from www.nokia.com/nokiasuite . I've restarted Nokia Suite more than 30 times, I've reinstalled it 5 times, I've even tried the latest beta version but everytime the same result. Any Idea where the problem might be ???

Hi guys,
Here what happened with me: the update Microsoft Apps appeared available for download via Wi-Fi using the software update check on the phone. I tried to install it 3-4 times but a couple of minutes after installation started the phone reboots again and the installation fails again. Then I remembered that all my problems with software till now were caused by KASPERSKY antvirus and I have just uninstalled it. At the moment when I'm writing this the installation of Microsoft Apps is at about 20-25% in progress and I hope it will finish successfully, so guys if you have KASPERSKY installed remove it and try again

Hi Divyam, this could be a generic software update problem, download the app with Nokia Suite or Nokia Store.
