Hello! I have a Nokia 5800 XPM already 3 months, was bought new by Mobis Bosnia and Herzegovina. I have a problem with the phone, often reboot. I noticed that I changed the software loaded Nokia Maps. What I do, because you no longer use Nokia maps because I installed Garmin, where can I find the factory version of the software that is inserted into the phone? Currently we are running the 50.0.005 and I'd love to find the original version and upload it!

try hard reset your phone. first of all turn off your device. then follow these steps

 

press and hold Green key (call key) + Red key (end key) + Camera key while turning your phone on.

 

Release those three keys when phone ask your country.

 

HARD RESET WILL ERASE ALL DATA ON YOUR PHONE MEMORY. PLEASE BACKUP YOUR IMPORTANT DATA.

 

DON'T BACKUP SETTINGS, SETTINGS MAY CONTAIN ERRORS.
