Hi,

Do anyone of you know how to reinstall the phone completly. I do not want to go back to the original factory settings, but would like to use the factory settings of a new service provider. How can I do that?

 

It is no problem to reset to factory settings, but to change service provider settings is more difficult - apparently.

Is your device locked to a particular Service Provider? Why would you like to do such a thing, by the way?

 

I don't think that's possible. Those settings and applications configured by the Service Provider are cannot be changed or removed as it's the Service Provider who configured those. Most likely, you have to contact them if ever it's possible and such exists!
