Formaly I use a Nokia asha 202 v20.36 RM-834. The social app in my phone crashed. Later I downloaded another software v20.28 RM-834 of 22-03-12 via the nokia suite, the social app crashed again. I have searched for the update Over The Air (O.T.A.) but could not find it, please is the software update available for my phone? If not when will it be available and how can I restore the social app?

hi mate,

the best way to check for the latest version of firmware for your phone is to check via Nokia Suite on your PC itself. if there are any updates, please update to the latest version offered. if it is telling you that you have the latest versiojn installed, then you can try re-installing the current firmware via the relevant option in Nokia Suite.

failing that, and if you are still having issues with the Social app, then you will need to take your phone to your local nokia care for them to inspect: http://nokia.com/support

How could you go from v20.36 to v20.28 ? Or is it a typo ??
