Hello my nokia c2-01 current
software is 11.20 and the new
software is 11.40, but when i go
to updates in my settings it says no new sotware updates
availble why
is that?

I tried updating my C2-00, i installed the software after wich i was unable to access my fone again....just have an inscription on it saying 'CONTACT SERVICE'

ONLY thng you can try is remove the battery for a couple of minutes, insert and see if the phone switches ON. Else, need to visit Nokia Care

Nokia C2-01, showing blank on accessing 'support' link from Nokia help itself. After signing in certain websites like www.linked in also same story. Appreciate if you can rectify online or guide by ur instructions to solve the issue. ThanQ.
