Hello all

My software version is 022.014.

When i connect my phone to ovi suite it says that  there is an update: 

Update Symbian Anna 2/2, Galaxy on Fire, real Golf and Social. when I start update Symbian Anna 2/2 alone it says problem installing symbian anna 2/2 to restart the process. I have tried many times withiut sucess.

I read some post that mentioned the same update is avsailable through OTA but my N8 says "there is no update available"

Hi,

You should remove part 1/2  and  reinstall both parts again.

 You can either  do it through an update on your phone (OTA) or through Ovi suite. Click on this link to find out HOW TO INSTALL SYMBIAN ANNA.

Hello, once again thanks for replying. Right now i have formated my phone (*#7370#) and I sitll have symbian anna installed. If i check updates on the phone it says "no updates available". if a use ovi suite then i will find symbian anna 2/2, social, etc... Well i connected to ovi and reinstalled the firmware.. i will post the ffedback later
