I sucessfully updated to Anna on my US E7 this morning, but the 1/2 Service pack fails. I have tried on Nokia Suite and through the phone multiple times. Each time when the phone restarts, its askes to log on to Ovi, I select "I have a Nokia Account" and it gives a message about unable to connect. The phone works fine, but for right now neither of the two service packs will install since the 2/2 wont sucessfully install without the first one it seems. Anyone else having that problem?

Download and install netQin mobile security.And run Anna update pack.This way when Anna update tries to install new files mobile security will tell you which application is failing. You can delete this app and try running your Anna update.
In fact this problem is caused due to the already installed apps which conflict with new apps.

oddly enough, my 2/2 update installed successfully while the 1/2 update fails on my N8

Same here, 2/2 installed, 1/2 fails both with ovi suite, and wifi.

Yeah, it looks like the 2/2 is installing sucessfully each time, but 1/2 is not.

1/2 isn't installing for my E7 either.  Must be a bug in the software.

I ran an update with netqin active and it appears to be failing on the adobe reader portion of the 1/2 install.

not sure how to fix this... I'll probably just wait for one of our resident sages to work their magic

Same story with my E7. I'm assuming Quickoffice being missing is related. Havent tried with my N8 yet.

If it is failing on adobe reader- do this.Do you have adobe reader already installed in your phone? If yes, uninstall it and run update. By the way, what is the size of the update left?

Adobe Reader was on my phone pre-Anna. The icon appears to be missing now. I think it came pre-installed on the phone.

Same here, Reader is not there. Seems like we are all having the same problem, must be a bug in the update.

I checked to see if it was installed and it appears that the entire quickoffice suite was uninstalled during the rest of the update process

btw, size listed is 9842kb but my device doesn't make any more attempts to download the file.

Something like that ... not ideal or user friendly solution but the only one that works at the moment.
