Unable to sign in to Nokia OVI PC suite



I am trying to update my phone software through my PC with OVI PC Suite but I keep getting an error that it is unable to connect to the server.


I tried connecting to the internet before signing in to ovi. the connection to the internet was successful but signing on to ovi still gave me error.

If you have a firewall or antivirus, disable it first then try to update again. Hope this helps!
