I have Nokia C2 01 and when I try to update software through my phone, its shows the message "No new software available", my using 11.20 and I want to update to 11.40 asap. And my operator is Tata Docomo.

if your phone is a branded variant (e.g. Vodafone with their custom wallpapers and apps), then you will have to check with them regarding availability of the update. if your phone is a country variant (i.e. custom customisations), then you will need to check with your local Nokia Care regarding the update: http://nokia.com/support

Software update on my c2-03
i got an alert this morning asking me to download latest software,i did but i couldnt install it as my device requested for 1.7 more mb.the software is 4.8mb&i jus have only 1.1mb left after i have tried my best in cleaning up memory,the problem now is that i cant delete system files;which ar containing the rest of memory in my device.pls kindly help me!

have you tried deleting your sent or received messages, as the content in MMS messages can take up precious storage space on the device.

I got the software update to 11.40 in my pc suite so i tried to update my c2 but unfortunatelay the update failed i tried again to update it , but it again failed but this time the phone didnt switch on....... it is just dumb as brick but i know it has got enough charge in it......wat shall i do.....please reply ASAP...
