Updating to Belle Error

Hi,

 

My phone just encounter some battery issue, so I send it in to fix it. BUt when the phone return, the firmware has been reset. So what happen is, I downloadded the latest Nokia Suite and Updated all the way to Anna. But when I am trying to update to Belle, error occur.

 

It happen while its trying to backup the Predictive Text Dictionary. When it reaches around 18%, suddenly it will appear "Something is Wrong..". I tried restarting the process several times already, and tried it over 3 computers but still the same problem is happening. I had also tried to hard reset the phone and delete all data, but the same thing is still happening

 

Can anyone help me with this problem please...

As it appears you have tried everything, you will have no option but to take your phone to your local Nokia Care for them to inspect.

i am suffering from the same problem ..
Don't you know whats the problem , i mean why the phone switches off and so on ..
