Ive N86-1 8MP product code 0580633 ind. Still wih old fw v10.086 need upgrade 4 image stabilisation. Check via NSU N FOTA no update available. Why.

Is it possible that you are using a branded model? Often branded models will get updates later than others, BUT there´s nothing Nokia can do about it since it is the operators job to approve the update...
