This product code was not listed in the roll-ou sheet.

Please can anyone tell me when can I expect the Belle update?

0599255 is getting available latest tomorrow. Please check Nokia Suite again tomorrow for an update. For the other codes we are working on adding the outstanding ones to the availability page.

why do Nokia employee's not know how to reply in a way that is concise and informative?

The original creator of this thread states the product code:059C9F6 and gives a country of origin, where as in your reply you state a code of 0599255 which is not the same (no matter how related internally it may be) and does not help answer anything!

Secondly you do not state if you are referring to the originators country of origin or to other posters on the thread??? How hard would it be to just sum up that for the UK, updates with be on the 8th Feb 2012????

Really, this just shows why as a company Nokia is falling so far behind, if you can't even answer questions successfully so people can glean at a glance the answer! Internal meetings must go on for hours at Nokia, which would explain why any release you ever promise is late!

 You have a swap device which means the motherboard was changed by Nokia care and they failed to reprogram the motherboard with your original product code. To solve this issue click on the link below and follow the advice given by Michaels.

I was prompted with the Belle update today, when I connected my phone to PC Suite, even though the Availability page says it's still 'Waiting for Approval'
