What's so important about .FLV's? Why not use MP4's instead? You can easily convert your FLV's to MP4's using the free Nokia Video Convertor.
Any future YouTube videos you download can be downloaded to your phone using FastTube, free from Nokia Store. This application will download and convert to MP4 (on the fly) videos from YouTube.
FLV's are an outdated format and even Adobe have discontinued development of Flash for all mobile devices, so it's better to get used to not having it upon our phones any longer.
Best regards.
