have you tried re-installing the current firmware thru Nokia Suite on your PC? if that doesn't work, try Restoring the phone to factory settings. Failing that, try performing a three-finger hard reset, but backup everything to PC and/or online storage first, as hard reset wipes everything.
Failing this, will need to take phone to Nokia Care for inspection: http://nokia.com/support
