qwerty keypad in portrait mode

slide to unlock with digital clock & sms & missed call notification

rotation of homescreen in landscape

smart dialler

Folder playlists in music player

add to favorites in contacts list

new mail notifications of 3+ mail accounts on homescreen...

many users (worldwide) are demanding these features in this model so plz incorporate these features...

Plz release it fast.....hoping for a better a firmware.....keepin fingers crossed.....

every single update so far was pathetic attemp to fool us and make us happy.

there is no change at all from v30,31, and 32. exect the slightly smaller font for text input in v32.

nokia promises alot in the new update, (browser, smiler and map)

hope it leaves up to the expectation and include the portrait qwerty,homescreen and lockscreen.

Why is it so hard to implement?

slide to unlock and homescreen is already available in c6, and the portrait qwerty is available in 5800.

its no like we are asking for impossible like continuous autofocus for video recording!!

I want multitouch because of my brother's iphone, he's making me jealious  It will be good to see C6's photo gallery on my X6

sigh....i'm jealous as well. people around me are with high end smart phones.

they swipe though their galery to see pics, while all i is see is the stupid circle turning.

they open multiple tabs in their browser, while i wait endlessly for my one page to load, hoping not to get the memory full warning.

they get to play nice games with cool graphics, while i'm stuck with lame pathetic games

someday, all of us will have to make a choice between android or iOS.

that day will come, its inevitable, symbian is bound to die. (its official)

I totally agree too, to all of you. There is a need for a big update. I was really happy as it was announced that it will come in the next days. But it's now more than one month ago and we're all still waiting.

There could be so many functions and things, that nokia could take from the c6 to the x6. I'm so unhappy with that Nokia x6 and i'm sorry for nokia that they don't care about the customers and wonder, why symbian is dead.

IMO Symbian isn't that bad. It's just some phones have poor RAM and symbian is not quite optimistic yet with memory management. As for the User Interface, android looks cool but who knows? Symbian will evolve to something like that like Symbian Anna OS.

Yes there is. There will come an update in the next month featuring a new browser (the symbian anna browser) and some new cool enhancements for our phone.

I am sure Nokia has stopped the developement of the x6 firmware with the v32...

So do not believe in unrealistic things like home screen widgets, multitouch, a stable running system clock (switching the date over night correctly), event notification on locked screen, charging over USB,.... I mean what do you expect?

The X6 will stay on its pour level forever!

i don't need/want widgets on the homescreen, but i do need/want better overall performance and stability, which i'm sure Nokia will provide on the next update that promised.

I see lot's of compliants regarding system clock, I guess that I'm lucky, I newer had any problem with it.

Yes, there are a lot of complaints, but Nokia is not interested in fixing it!!

I think the system clock issue effects only those who are using the clock alarm...

I'm using alarms, even sometimes up to 3 alarms, never had any problem with it.
