You are asking for something which is not possible ...mainly due to Hardware limitations..

Add to that incompatability as the 5800 runs an older version of the Symbian (now Nokia) operating system which doesn't have the funcionality to be upgraded to anna or belle.

Nokia Anna or Belle are available for devices with Symbian^3 compatible hardware. Your 5800 is a S60 5th gen device and it's hardware is not compatible with Nokia Anna or Belle.

to start with the 5800 processor is simply too slow, and the you dont have enough space (memory) in the phone to even install it and to still be able to run the phone itself. Its simple not possible.  you might as well be asking to put belle on a 5110, its simple incapable of handling it.

The latest version for Nokia 5800xm is v60.0.003 which was released almost a year ago. If you are still not getting it then in all probabilities what you have currently is the last for your device... as availability depends on Product Code / Region and also, for Network locked phone an approval is needed from the Operator.
