Hi I have the Nokia lumia 710
I have an email from Nokia telling me about the latest update for me which is called 7.8. My phone still hasn't notified me on the update so i wondered why, im in England and am on the Orange network.

Looks like we are just going to have to wait. Its up to Orange, do they have the update and haven't released it or do they just not have it???

searched for updates via zune and it doesn't find the version 7.8. How to do?

Still waiting for my 7.8 update for 2 of my lumia 900's on AT&T.  Starting to lose my patience.  Having to wait this long is too long and shows how little they think of their customers.  I can't show my disgust properly.

I've tried updating through Zune now as well, so my phone doesn't display or my PC so im pretty annoyed just gonna wait till i have the notification, if not going down orange shop if i have some spare time!

Got an update...finally....at a nokia care store....and at a premium, unfortunately.
No multiple file selection when sharing with bluetooth though. So file sharing is a pain...real big pain. as is using the Bluetooth file sharing app. Too many steps to share or receive files. Very disappointing

And why are two separate apps given to switch on the Bluetooth and receive and send data via bluetooth is a mystery. No convenience of use. Like I said earlier...disappointing

I have the lumia 610. My phone says no update available an virgin media were useless. Just done know what to do as it says the update for 610 aswell. Very frustrating .

Microsoft has identified a minor issue in the Windows Phone 7.8 update and have temporarily paused delivery until it’s addressed. We’ll have more information as it becomes available.

Hi,I have a Nokia 710 running on a virgin mobile sim and as of today still not had any notification for an update on my phone or via Zune to 7.8 why is it taking so long and is anybody else in the UK on virgin still waiting for the 7.8 update ...!!

Thanks for the reply ,I take it I've just got to be patient and wait for the update to arrive hopefully sometime soon .
