My product code is 059B656 for which it is mentioned as SWAP.
SWAP means the handset has been swapped by Nokia. For updating to Belle, we are asked to contact Nokia Care.
"If you have product code that indicates "SWAP", please check with your local Nokia Care Point to get the Nokia Belle update."
Also, when i called up Nokia care, they are saying that the update will be chargeable if the warrantly has expired. Of course my warranty has expired.
Can you explain what makes these handsets different from the others so as to necessitate visit to Nokia Care when we could have updated by wire?
