Dear nokia ye kya majak bna rakha hai. I update my nokia browser on c2-03.and it shows conflicting item.nokia express.what is this have u provide nokia for free.then why create such problem.

The latest SW version for C2-03 on most countries/regions is 7.63/7.65. It's quite unlikely that there would be further SW releases after that as the device after that.

Also the missing video streaming support is something that can't be usually fixed just with SW update.

currently the only official way to recover from that broken browser situation is to take the phone to a Nokia Care service point for refurbishing/reflashing.

That could possibly fix it, but how are you going to download it, since your phone browser is now broken and installation package can't be downloaded with PC from that URL? One workaround would be to use e.g. Opera mini or some other 3rd party browser app (you can still possibly install it to your phone either  via Nokia Suite on your PC or through Nokia Store application on the phone). After Opera Mini is installed to the phone, use it to navigate http://download.browser.ovi.com URL and see if reinstalling the Nokia Browser would fix it.

I was notified to update my nokia browser and on doing so it just stopped downloading and when i try opening the web browser again it tells me that there's anothere app running and that's the update i was downloading there's no way i can use my browser again except i go thru my apps and hands then use my opera pls how can this stop and i don't see the use of a fanciful phone like c2-03 where it can't stream and has so many tinz wrong with it. Please i need help. I'm using a c2-03

the phone has never been sold with the mention of being able to support video streaming. It's one of the lower-end devices and adding video streaming support with SW update to it is not unfortunately most likely possible.
