Symbian is now in maintence mode, which means that software updates for Symbian phones will mostly be bug fixes.

I did not say that a major update is not impossible but it has very small possibilities for Symbian phones since Nokia have now focus mainly on Windows Phone, and not Symbian.

Even barring this, its highly unlikely for a device released almost 2-1/2 years ago to get any update ..
