Hi umesh60744,

Thank you for your post. Your post is not very clear. If you want to update your device software, you can do that using Nokia Suite. Once installed, plug your Nokia X2-01 into your computer via usb, the software will automatically look for new updates. If it doesn't, do it manually by going in Tools > Software Update

Still your problem is not clear .. Does the Nokia Suite shows any availability of Software update ? or is there any availability shown thru' Menu -->Settings-->Phone-->Phone Updates ?

If there is no update shown either way then you need to wait and keep on checking.. If the update is available but you can't update because of some problem then pl. give details of the problem.. How you are trying to do it and what is happening ? Is there any error getting displayed ?
