portico update for nokia lumia 920 bought from UAE but using in India

Hi,

 

I bought my lumia 920 from UAE but I'm in India now. In india the new update is available for the phones which are sold here from nokia store. but since i have bought lumia 920 from dubai I don;t have it yet. Please tell me when will i get the new update?

Don't understand the delay as same is available for lumia 920 which are sold in India. Since I got mine before them then I should have got the update/

Hi mate,

if you bought your device from the UAE, the product code will be tied to their region and hence not receive the update yet. Versions of the 920 sold locally in India will have product code tied to India of course, which have received the Portico update.
