If you have done the troubleshooting steps as mentioned on this thread, the last option is to visit your local Care Point to have your phone be assessed.

You have the option to download the software via directly on the phone (Over-the-Air) or through Nokia Suite. Since the phone does not support WLAN capability, downloading it directly on the phone would mean that you need to use your data connection. Given the 2 options, I personally would choose Nokia Suite as it is more stable and provides you backup file in case something goes wrong..
