symbian belle update is still not available for my nokia n8 whose product code is 059B656 and type is RM-596 ...please help...urgent

 Unfortuantely your N8's product code indicates that it is a LIGHT SWAP device. You will need to visit a Nokia Care Point to have your phone updated.

i would like to ask you if i go immeadiately to the nokia to nokia care point will i get the update.??? or will i have to wait for the symbian belle to come for my "product code or type of my device"??

 The care point will update your phone and re-program your phone with the correct product code.

i am dissapinted by the nokia care point 's response. they are saying that there is no update available for my phone.

you should thank god that you didnt update with belle, i dont recommend it at all and many others too, it is the worst ever released
