E66 - Offline blocked

My E66 won't relaunch again in the normal mode, it's blocked in the offline mode.

The sim-card functions, it's inserted, ... I don't know what to do anymore...

HELP!!

Try this:

Switch the phone off.

Remove the memory card.

Switch the phone on and it should ask if you want to continue if offline mode - say no.

You can then put the card back in.

If that doesn't work remove the memory card and sim card, switch it on then switch it off once it's booted and try again with just the sim as above.

If that still fails to work try the following codes (like dialing a number) with the sim and memory card inserted.  If the first code doesn't help then try the second.  Make sure you back up any data as the second code will wipe the phone.

Reset to factory defaults (*#7780#) : Restores settings but preserves user data (photos, 3rd party apps etc)

Reset (*#7370#) : This reformats completely the C: drive. All applications and files stored on this drive will be lost and clean default files will be rewritten.

Re: E66 - Offline blocked

Thx for your help, but it doesn't work.  I've followed your instructions, but I only took out the memory card.

The phone contineous to ask me for the sim-card...
