Failed internet connection (NOKIA 500 Belle)

After upgrading to Belle my nokia 500, I can not connect to the internet, I checked all the settings and there are no errors.
It is necessary repair this problem urgently, please.

Hi dax652,


Please hard reset and reinstall the software to fix this issue. 


Connect your phone to Nokia Suite and make a back up via Tools > Back up. Don't tick the Settings box as this will back up any potential bug and/or error in the phone that you might have missed.

Now enter *#7370# into your phone with default security code 12345, unless you've changed this code yourself.


Once the phone has rebooted, please reconnect the device with Nokia Suite and click on the green arrow where you can reinstall the current software. This option is displayed in blue.


Now go to Tools > Restore to restore the back up.

I had the same problem and followed above steps however, I still can not connect to internet.


Guess this is problem is caused since I don't have correct settings for connection, i.e. my service provider suggests connection settings for Anna version of my phone (500).


In connection settings menu, I have two separate connection options: wap services and internet. My operator provides me with only wap settings, therefore I can not connect to e.g. Facebook via using 500's own widget. The problem is same also for maps, youtube, e-mail, ovi etc. etc.
