N810 - Factory Reset

Dear All,

I have N810. I have difficulty with downloading; Application Manager - for some reason - does not download the programs in the list.

Initially I did not have this problem.

Question 1: What can be the reason?

I decided to reset the tablet. I think I only managed to make soft one.

Question 2: How can I have a factory reset?

I tried to hard reset my N810 by taking out the battery for 10 or more seconds as explained in MAEMO Blog discussion but did not worked.

I believe I have to go again to NOKIA store and get reinstall the flash although should be a better and easier way to do a reset, either soft or hard.

This is sad because it does not come within instructions.
