Question about videoplayer in FP2

Hello,

I tested the videoplayer in Nokia 700 (default software-without any up-grade) and .mkv files was playing but without the sound.

I want to know if any phone with FP2 (700, 701, 808) can play large .mkv video files with sound?

Thank you.

@cotoousu

Wish that things were that simple as MKV is just a container. It's the actual encoding used for video and audio inside that determines if it can be played by the Broadcom multimedia processor and whilst 700 &808 gets a newer Broadcom unit that's capable of 1080p processing codec limitations are similar so still expect some issues.
