I have brand new Nokia X7, but I have problem with micro SD memory when I try to transfer from my laptop to the X7 va blutetooth sometimes it says Disk Error - Cannot Continue Retry or Data will be lost. but when when I restart the phone it works.

Did you try Formatting the Memory Card ?

Hey Azozie19, Welcome to the Nokia forums.

What size Micro SD are you using with your X7? as the X7 is limited to 32GB micro SD.

Also what Operating system are you using on your PC?

If you are using Windows please plug your device in Mass Storage mode and try:

1. Double-click My Computer, and then right-click the hard disk that you want to check.
2. Click Properties, and then click Tools.
3. Under Error-checking, click Check Now. A dialog box that shows the Check disk options is displayed,
4. Use one of the following procedures:
   • To run Chkdsk in read-only mode, click Start.
   • To repair errors without scanning the volume for bad sectors, select the Automatically fix file system errors check box, and then click Start.
   • To repair errors, locate bad sectors, and recover readable information, select the Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors check box, and then click Start.

The size that I'm using it 8GB which is the original from Nokia. and the OS is windows 7..
I did all what you recommended before,but now it's working good ..............Thankx

You may need a Card Reader.. Insert the MC in that and connect to your PC..then try removing / formatting the Password..
