its not working.My problem is; i update my nokia x2-01, since then my community is not opening again.I've tried all method of solution, but all in vain.Others applications are working fine. Please someone should help me.

I am getting the same problem :Could not connect to the internet, chck your connection setting. I have tried all the points suggestested here. please HELP.

My service provider is Vodafone and I am from INDIA.

i don't have myglobe internet, only myglobe connect appears and the rest are mobily blahblah...

what am i going to do with it?? thanks.

Here..  try this..  coz I succeeded.. 

First go to Menu -> Configuration:

Mark the Personal config. in Default config. settings.

Select   My access point  in Preferres access point.

Enter the Pesonal settings..  then, if there is My access point, select it, otherwise.. Options -> Add new -> Access point, then select it.

Edit the Account name to My access point.

Enter the Access point settings. -> Bearer settings.

Edit your operator's gprs link( like airtelgprs.com for Airtel users) in Packet data access pt.

Network type should be IPv4.

Authentication type should be Normal.

Leave the User name and Password fields blank.

And lastly..  Select the Default in all apps.

Just make sure you follow the points in top-to-bottom manner..  and enjoy signing in to Community or any other erstwhile problems.. 

Please note that I am having Airtel as the operator..

I used all of above settings Its not at all working I m using Loop postpaid SIM from India Its not at all working I just have purchased this mobile in last month Still its useless......Nokia dnt hv any answer on it...Loop cant solve it....Pay me back...dats the only solution or else i hv to move to consumer court as i think i will get a good number of support

Hi mates,

The following problems can cause a connection error:

• You do not have network coverage or the network is busy. 
• Your device has no SIM card or the SIM card is invalid.
• The access point (APN) settings on your device are incorrect. You should use Internet access Point. Check that the access point is working with other application, for example with browser.

Refer to VickyPandit post to manually configure your APN settings.

• The date, time or time zone settings on your device are incorrect.
• The service is currently unavailable, try again later.
