I downloaded file explorer v2.0 from getjar.com..when i check my phone memory in it..it shows...
Name: c:/
Type: Drive
Free space: 34Mb
used space: 39Mb
Total space: 73Mb..(But i have 33mb free in my phone memory)
when i check properties of my memory card..it shows..
Name: E:/
Type: drive
Free Space: 2Gb
used space: 1Gb
Total space: 3Gb..(But i have 4gb memory card..1gb full & my phone shows 3.7gb free memory in it)..so what's the problem..please help..i'm worried..!

All discs in a computer or in memory cards will loose some space when you format the card. I am not in for geeky stuff but your card is just fine in this matter as I can see.
Just take a look on the disc(s) you have on your pc and you will find that some storage is vanished in reality.

But my question is that file explorer telling me right information or not..& in computer it telling me exact as phone..3.7gb free in memory card...!

the problem is not with your card or phone.
for phone- total memory free/used is not available to user as some of it ts also used for processing.
for card- its probably a bug in the software. the card is fine. and apart from that bug the software works well too.
