The operator logo/operator name was missing.. How can i let it appear again on my screen???

First.. Confirm that the Profile is not set to 'OFFLINE'.. If thats OK then..

check your Phone Display settings.. see if any option is provided for enabling / disabling the Operator Logo..

..Next,  remove the Battery and SIM.. Reinsert.. Switch ON and check..

Last thing.. Back-up your data and Factory Reset the phone...

Menu-->Settings-->Restore Factory settings-->Settings Only...

(Default code 12345 if not changed by you..)

I already did restoring the factory settings, but after a few hours, it was lost again. The operator logo disappeared again. What should I do then? Thanks.

Can you see it again if you Reboot the phone ?

Yes.... but after a few hours, or even just munites, it will disappear again.

I did some typings, try typing this one: *#67705646#
..and then press the call key..(it will respond "Result Unknown")

but notice your home screen. The operator logo/name is already missing.

I think operator logo only appears in home network and disappears in other network like in roaming.
