Well first of all, my X7 phone has be nothing but disappointing. It has been slow and unreliable. My earphone jack stopped working last week...

My current problem is with downloading of apps. Lately, my applications have been spontaneously failing and they stop working on my phone. When this had happened the previous few times, I had been able to just redownload the application fro the Nokia Store. However, this time, my apps are slowly dying 1 by 1. My FastTube application failed first, and then several days later, my textplus app failed. For both, I attempted the same redownload process that I had gone through all the previous times. It always seems like it is working until the very end. The phone reads "Finalizing Installation", but it then suddenly reads, "Cancelling Installation". The installation always fails, and I have been unable to reinstall my applications. I have tried to redownload many times, tried to see if there was anything I could delete, tried to download from my computer instead of directly on the phone. I am out of ideas and I hope somebody out there can help me get atleast a few more months out of this phone.

Have you checked that your device has the latest software installed?

Hi There, that might be a problem! My device has notified me many times to get a software update. However, when I plug my phone in and log into Nokia Suite, it shows no available updates for my device.

Contact your provider and ask them have they any news on an update,also check you have the latest version of nokia suite installed
