my phone X2 02 .....it update via Nokia care Colombo...but i can't radio recording now......i don't what to do.....before i visit Nokia care because Nokia browser going Chinese language  & facebook apps and can't acess to internet ..so after updating nokia browser it's back to english languge & can go internet but facebook app and other still didn't acess internet..please help me

i'm updated 10.91 (via nokia care) still continuing problems & this update not include radio recording feature

@ Dishansky,

If some applications connect to the internet, and some not, you can reinstall the update with Nokia Suite > SW updates > Reinstall. Make a backup with Nokia Suite first.

You can also try these actions:

Type in *#7780# followed by lock code (12345 by default) = soft reset, no data lost.

If it's still the same, type in *#7370# followed by lock code = hard reset, phone memory will be wiped. Restore back up.

Hope you get the apps working again!

Thanks @Jampe for your help, but I think that the problem could be different. I have done all the things you said, and my mail service didn´t work.

Then, I try to change the SIM card.... I used a very important Operator (instead of my company, a virtual mobile operator). Then... The mail service worked nice!!! After this, I change again the SIM card (using my SIM card of my virtual mobile operator). Again, the mail service, stopped working...

Could it be a problem between the software of the phone and the Virtual Operators (Remenber that in a virtual operator, the phone works in "roaming mode")???

guys i had the same issue.....in my case it's not only email...facebook, twitter and store apps doesnt wrk....pls fnd a solution quickly as possible.... @alfweb pls tell me what is a virtual operator and how can use it ......... tnx

I also having same problem. It is nokia browser only works. all other apps are hangs without any message. I returned the phne to shop after 3  days they solved it by nokia care. But useless nokia care. The problem persists.
