Nokia X3- draining battery and network problems.

I recently bought a Nokia X3, it was working fine until someday the network was going on and off for no reason. Now I dont have any network signal unless the phone is on plugged to a charger and also my battery seems to drain even when switched off. Everytime I charge the battery, it heats up and it always says battery not fully charged even when I leave it overnight.

Any suggestions?

just purchased a Nokia x3 and the battery is discharged after 3 hrs and the phone will became hot even while not using it and gets switched off.... Changed battery but still same problem.

can anyone help?
