i doubt nokia will do anything to solve it.

get real, as if they'll actually responce to use and fix the problems.

all the so called 'firmware updates' are actually no difference at all.

only minor changes here and there

wont buy any nokia again. ever.

Click on contact us at the top of this page, and select your respective country to call or email nokia care. The only way to email them is using the form provided on their contact us page after you select your respective country.

On another note, I wonder what happened to their management in Finland.

I too have the annoying problem of losing the predictive text setting between one text and the next. There doesnt seem to be any pattern either. I never chose to use non-predictive, so its not that I am swapping modes. It just seems to have a mind of its own

After installing, my phone lives his life on his own I guess, or Nokia installed a new function: Auto Shutdown. After switching batteries, looking for bad connections, etc. I concluded it has something to do with the newest update. So please, I mean really please Nokia, fix this in a new update, cause it's really annoying ... (and I want to use my phone longer than 3 minutes)

I have NOKIA x6 and i have a bit of a problem... when I leave Slovenia (the country I live in...) My NOKIA just connects to the internet and tries to set up e-mail account for me.. I don't have a virus on my phone and i had few symbian nokia-s before.. Its quite annoying to pay 2-3 euros for connection that i didn't want to happen in a first place... if anyone has an idea how to solve this problem please tell me...

X6 16 gb - V 21.0.004

1)can't see mpeg4 videos, even the ones i have taken, only hear the sound. can see 3gp though.

2)camera screen is black, i can only see all the menu buttons and everything like that but cant see through camera and if i press the camera button, then it just freezes for few minutes and then just closes the camera.

3)few times had a problem that if i left the gps, got to start menu, the phone froze and then turned off.

Hi tilen2ki, you have to uninstall "Nokia Messaging 10.2", this app launch that email wizard when you change your network profile (GSM, 3G, auto...), it's very annoying. You won't lose your email profiles.

I have the same problem in my x6 it started when my music collection grew larger than 2 gb.

I have not been able to solve it except by creating new folders for music.
