Hi mate,
you can check for any firmware updates that may be available for your device via Nokia Suite on your PC. If there aren't any, then try re-installnig your current firmware through Nokia Suite, to see if that restores your pre-installed content. You can also try Restoring your phone back to factory settings.
Failing that, you will need to take your phone to your local Nokia Care for them to help you out: http://nokia.com/support
