Which region & operator are you with currently?

Please press *#0000#  to retrieve your product code and check availability here

 

Have you tried plugging your device into via USB to Nokia Suite to receive the update?

 

If you are unable to receive the update please take your device to your Local Nokia Care point where they can update it for you.

My advice is DO NOT update. I did and regret it bitterly, The Bell system completely killed the Skype application, several other apps no longer seem to work so seemlessly!
