Hello Nokia,
I have a problem with my Nokia X2-02 (firmware v11.57): When receiving a call only number of the caller is displayed and not his name!! I made a hard reset, but the issue remains. This issue did not exist in firmware v10.90.
Any help please.
Thanks
(sorry for my english)

Did you confirm that under Contacts settings..ONLY Phone memory is selected as 'Memory in Use' ?

I did as you said, but the issue still remains.
What I discovered later is that phone numbers that don't begin with my country prefix (+212) are those that the device do not display their names!! And that issue wasn't in the previous firmware version (v. 10.91)
(hope you understand my english
)

Yes I do understand.. and doubt whether its related to the Unofficial Update that you have mentioned in your other thread ..

I have the exact issue on the same phone and same firmware. Nokia suite tells that no upgrade to the firmware is available.
It wouldnt be a problem to add the country code to all my numbers, but my second SIM (SIM2) doesnt add the code to the number when someone calls me, so the phone only resolves the name of my SIM1 contacts, not SIM2 (when recieving calls).
And if I type a number without that code and try to make a call, the name wont be resolved as well.
This problem really is pain ![]()
Here I found another person with this problem http://forum.dailymobile.net/index.php?topic=77700

The problem is widely known and discussed on many forums yet Nokia Support claims everything is in order. That's just ignorance! Such a big company showing complete lack of support!
All dissapointed X2-02 users - spread the word about this **bleep** guys, maybe someone from Nokia will finally look into it if we're loud.
