X3-00 (Charging Not Supported)

I have just faced the problem with my X3-00.After connecting x3 to pc via usb for 3 minutes,it showed me that the charging is not supported.

Can anybody help me?

this must be an issue somebody else had the same trouble after updating firmware its here in this thread

But I didn't do my phone regarding updates(firmware or others like that).

try removing battery for ten mins and try again if it continues take it to a nokia care centre
