After update, [ Phone updates ] in settings menu of my phone is desabled !!!!!!!!

Could you investigate please

First - I'm also a user like you.

Second - I've reported the fault of X3-02 at the Nokia Developer site as I had a similar problem with my C3-01. I've added it to the list.

I will try to investigate this case. But it's quite possible that there won't be further updates for the RM-639/RM-640 device variants after this 7.51 SW update, as those have no longer been produced for a longer while. The 7.51 itself was not a very major update, but rather a minor one.

The issues with the FOTA menu being disabled has been verified (on both 7.16 and 7.51 SW versions), reported forward and is it being now further investigated. So meanwhile the only working update path for the device is with Nokia Suite.

Also sync with nokia (contacts) and internet call settings (wizard) are missing after 7.51.
Luckily I had a backup.

Looks like this is not something random, depending on what i did updating the phone software...

I just got back my phone from an authorized nokia service with the software (and touchscreen) replaced and i got no more net phone wizzard settings. Can't add providers; can't get to the screen attached.

Also sync and OTA settings are missing; i got a "contact service provider for settings".

Now, what should i do? Got no more backup to restore.
