X6 phone camera does not work.

Tried auto flash.

Permanent fash.

Have I done something to stop it?

1. Reboot your phone and see..

If that does not help

2. Do a Factory reset from the phone menu... (Though it will only affect your settings / personalisations and not delete any data.. its always recommended to take back-up before this..)

Hi Dominoe,

Anything that happened to the phone prior to this? (Knocked, dropped, or a liquid that got inside the phone?)

Flashing of the phone does remove all contents stored on the phone (settings, phone memory). So if you have done that, it might be something on the hardware.

Thanks for the advice.

I tried reboot. No difference.

The phone is a refurbished replacement from the Car Phone Wharehose for a useless LG Cookie. It's a very nice phone and the only issue is the flash...I am taking it back for repair.

It could be on the hardware.

I am using Nokia X6 Model phone but unfortunately my mobile is not working i tried to make factory settings but the password id asking which i have forgotten. so what to do plz solve this issue.

The default password is 12345. If you have set your own but can't remember it now, then Nokia Care is the ONLY place where it can be Reset. A proof of ownership (Bill / Invoice) may be asked...
